Before you buy

Before checkout, you can review what the Project Starter includes and confirm that it is for one stated location and one primary use. It is not payment for a house, installation or a construction contract.

Digital access

Project Starter access is made available after payment is confirmed. A purchase support contact is shown before checkout becomes available.

Refund requests

Refund requests are considered when digital access has not been made available or where required by applicable law. Once a Project Starter has been opened, it is a delivered digital product. Any future product order, factory agreement or installation agreement is separate and has its own commercial terms.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
